We want you to be happy with your purchase. This guide should tell you everything you need to know about buying from us but if you have any questions please get in touch.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our site is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
Payments are processed using Sagepay, a secure and trusted online payment gateway. More information is available on our Terms of Service page.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-5 working days. Overseas orders may take longer to arrive so please allow 14-21 days. Occasionally items may take slightly longer but we will let you know if this is the case. In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable we will contact you immediately and offer you a full refund. Please let us know if the order is urgent and we will do our best to help.
We pack all products to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition. Framed Children’s prints are supplied with Perspex glass for safety reasons but we will be happy to supply glass if you prefer. All framed prints sent overseas will be supplied with Perspex for security in transit and to comply with courier regulations relating to internationals destinations.
All orders are sent via a trackable method and will require a signature upon delivery. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or a courier such as UPS or Parcel Force.
A signature will be required upon delivery which is usually the next working day. If there is any change to the delivery process, you will be notified in advance of your order being despatched. Please note that you will be responsible for retrieving undelivered goods and for any risk of loss or damage once they have been delivered to you. Please provide an alternative address for delivery if you are out all day e.g. at work.
Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax. Magpie Belle is not liable for any customs charges made in the recipient’s countries. The customer is completely responsible for these charges.
Payment is to be made in British pound sterling. International credit card providers or banks determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.
We hope you are happy with your Magpie Belle purchase, however, if you are unsatisfied with it or you have just changed your mind please let us know immediately. We are happy to refund or replace unused items returned in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of dispatch.
Please note delivery charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for your postage costs for returning an item to us, unless that item is faulty. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us and we advise that you select a trackable service to ensure the goods reach us. Please note that we cannot offer a refund unless we receive the goods in their original condition and packaging and we ask that you keep this in mind when selecting your delivery service. Royal Mail Special Delivery is highly reliable and will require a signature from us upon receipt which you can then view online. If you return something to us we will notify you by email to let you know we have received it. If we approve the refund we aim to refund you within 5 working days or explain in full why we are unable to refund the item/s. Should this be the case, we will return the goods to you.
We have tried to give the best possible representation of our products on the site. Nearly all our products are made or finished by hand, sometime they may vary slightly from the images shown online and colours may vary. If you have any queries at all, please do not hesitate to contact us.
